Southern Italian warmth with a blend of the sweetest, ripest red peppers, tomatoes, chilli, garlic and capers.
This is an intensely flavourful dish. At its heart is a sardine vinaigrette with all the deliciousness of grilled sardines distilled into a tomato and sweet pepper vinaigrette. The sauce is the perfect foil for dark spaghetti flavoured with sepia nero or cuttlefish ink. The pasta has a faint hint of saltiness making it the perfect pairing for a seafood sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
Flour (not with GF option), semolina, egg, cuttlefish ink, red onions, red peppers, garlic, sardines, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, Demerara sugar, red chillis, basil, salt, black pepper, Aleppo chilli flakes, orange juice and zest, gluten-free flour. GF option also includes xantham gum
