How to use our vouchers
Our vouchers each have a unique code which is shown on the order confirmation page after purchase and is also emailed to you (and the recipient if you specify one) in the form of a PDF document.
To redeem one or more vouchers simply enter the code(s) as a coupon code on the checkout screen before you pay. If the voucher is worth more than your order then the balance will remain available to use on a later order.
Vouchers remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Please make sure that the intended user of the voucher lives in one of the postcodes that we can deliver to. The current list is: SW3, SW6, SW13, SW14, SW15 and SW19.
